Cover-All Computer Services Corp. and Informco have completed the succession strategy of Informco, located in Scarborough.
The arrangement, completed January 1, 2022, will bring Informco under the umbrella of Cover-All companies but retaining the Informco brand, staff, capabilities and service Informco customers have come to appreciate and expect while allowing the ownership to be transferred to Cover-All.
Cover-All has been a respected name in data management & processing and laser imaging services for more than 50 years, with specialties in the transactional market and variable colour segment. Informco has 70 years of experience providing integrated communication solutions specializing in the insurance and financial industries.
Informco is the latest addition for Cover-All which has included InfoCOM Management in 2020, Perkins Direct in 2017, CMS in 2016, Data Media in 2014, Postlinx in 2008, SMART DM in 2007, Intelli-mail in 2005 and Vestcom Ontario in 2003. The addition of Informco to the Cover-All family creates increased potential to existing clients and added value to any organization in the communication space.
