The Authorized Partner Program is a program launched by Canada Post to improve service to small and mid-sized businesses. Expert Partners (a subset of the more general Partner Program) are selected through a validation process using 17 points of reference to create a list of channel partners. The program aims to grow core products, including direct marketing.
For Canada Post to extend this sort of designation it took months of work and was incumbent upon the select partners to prove their worthiness to be authorized to use the CPC logo.
