COVER-ALL SELECTED AGAIN AS ONE OF ONLY 38 AUTHORIZED CANADA POST EXPERT PARTNERS NATIONALLY
Scarborough, Ontario – July 2013 – Cover-All qualified again in 2013 to be an official Canada Post Authorized Partner.
The Authorized Partner Program was a pilot launched by Canada Post in 2012 to improve service to small and mid-sized businesses. Expert Partners (a subset of the more general Partner Program) are selected through a validation process using 17 points of reference to create a list of channel partners. The program aims to grow core products, including direct marketing.
For Canada Post to extend this sort of designation it took months of work and was incumbent upon the select partners to prove their worthiness to be authorized to use the CPC logo. Within the Crown Corporation this is no small feat and is another indication of Cover-All’s experience, attention to detail and business relationship with Canada Post Corporation.
Over the years Cover-All management and many of its employees have shared a relationship that extends from the production ﬂoor through to the highest executives of both organizations. Having collaborated on a variety of projects from testing delivery, new processes and even consulting on offerings and general business, pioneering and heading joint committees, Cover-All values the relationship and input it has had over the years. This designation is recognition of our collaboration and of our accuracy when dealing with Canada Post (one of the criteria).
As an Expert Partner staff have undergone extensive direct mail and direct marketing training in order to assist clients in the direct marketing needs and it is another step in Cover-All’s 40 + year evolution as a premier supplier in the direct marketing industry in Canada.
