By having and maintaining our accreditations it is proof we have, and adhere to, policies around quality control, security, process improvement, and data procedures. Our accreditations are a stamp of approval.
QUALITY. EFFICIENCY. SECURITY – GUARANTEED.
Many companies do a great job at what they do. However, in order to do it consistently there needs to be motivation and control. Motivation can be assessed by the attitude a company brings to a project, but control involves procedures and following those procedures. The accreditations process requires that a company has a set of procedures in place, follows them, and is audited on a regular basis by a third party to ensure they are in fact following them. Often a few of these designations are criticized as being bureaucratic and while they may be perceived that way, if embraced they allow companies to identify even small inefficiencies and close even the smallest gaps for errors through continuous improvement. Ultimately if you’ve ever had an issue with a supplier (most people have, and they do happen) the level of attention from the organization is much different when accreditations are part of that company’s culture – usually a senior level Manager (in our case the President) is privy to the situation and actually ensures it’s brought to resolution and that action is taken.
Cover-All believes that one of the best ways to bring our customers best-in-class service is by adhering to specific guidelines. We invest tens of thousands of dollars annually to maintain our controls. What follows are examples of the accreditations we hold. For further information click on each of the icons.
