President’s
Message Cover-All is a family owned company, founded by James Coverdale, in 1966. We take pride in the longevity of the company, in its strength and growth even in uncertain economic times. We believe our sound business acumen and a loyal and hard working group of employees are responsible for this and we have every intention of continuing to build on this solid foundation. Growth has always been meticulously planned to best accommodate technological advances, customer needs and grounded business practices. At Cover-All we have an excellent group of talented and motivated employees. They are the backbone of our business and we attribute our success, in large part, to them. It is through dedication that I can say with confidence that we make a commitment to each and every customer. We strive to meet all of our deliverables, provide the best work possible and, wherever possible, exceed your expectations. We welcome the opportunity for new challenges as the solutions serve both our customers and our advancement as a company. Future growth is a requisite for a technology company to flourish. Business is dynamic: It must grow to survive. Investments in new technology, new business acquisitions and people are carefully planned and researched and are an ongoing part of our mission. Cover-All today is a different company, in some respects, than it was in 1966. Yet we are very much a product of that foundation and that is what we continue to build upon.
